Return Policy
Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to
us, therefore, we offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are
unhappy with your purchase, you may return merchandise to
PrenatalpeekUSA.com for a refund within 30 days of receipt. Products
must be returned in new and unused condition. Before returning a
shipment, you must first email returns@prenatalpeekusa.com to obtain a return
authorization number. When returning, please
note this authorization
number on your return shipment label. If your items are defective or
were damaged in transit, please note this in your email for return
authorization. Please note that returns/exchanges will not be accepted
without a RMA #.
A credit will be issued to the original credit card for the cost of the
item(s) and sales tax, if applicable. Please allow 10-15 business days
for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Original
shipping charges are non-refundable. In the event of a return, you are
responsible for return shipping costs. Your merchandise refund will be
issued upon receipt and inspection of the product.

Shipping Policy
All in-stock orders are usually shipped
within 1-2 business days. If a shipment from the manufacturer is
required then the item is usually shipped within 1-3 business days. We
provide ground (5-7 business days from shipment to delivery) and
express (2-3 business days from shipment to delivery) shipping options.
At this time we only ship to addresses within the 50 U.S. states. In
cases of Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico an additional $10 delivery
surcharge is applied.

On the PrenatalpeekUSA.com order form, it
is
necessary for you to provide contact information such as your name,
shipping address and financial information, such as credit card number.
The information is used for billing purposes and to fill your order. If
we have trouble processing an order this contact information is used to
reach you.
The email address you provide to us when
ordering is used for order
confirmation, as well as, follow up to make certain you are satisfied
with your purchase. We periodically send out discount coupons to
existing customers via email. We understand that you may not want to
receive these discount notifications, so simply email takemeoff@prenatalpeekusa.com
to be deleted from our mailing list.
